Changing market and approaches
This has been one of those days when I earn my keep and go beyond what others would do. I can't tell you how many calls I made today working on a deal for a seller I have. I really take my fiduciary very seriously and so I have to make sure everything is considered so that the likelihood of it being the right deal and closing is high. I don't know that many agents would go through the motions I do in this regard. Whether I am representing a buyer or seller, if there is something that needs to be worked through, I am going to work through it. If there are questions to find answers for, I am going to find out. For instance, based on a recent experience where the buyer was not able to qualify, I dig in further now when checking the capability of a buyer to get financing successfully done. I listen closely to the market and alter approaches to reflect that.
