Chandler Real Estate Market Continues to Strengthen
Chandler real estate is showing continued rapid improvement.
I just published this update to the current developments in the Chandler real estate market. Overall, Chandler real estate is improving. Pending sales are reaching a market high, inventory has been declining, and sales are increasing.
Overall, there are positive signs pointing to a more robust demand component of the market here. However, we may see more Chandler foreclosures given the termination of the foreclosure moratoriums by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae on March 31st.
