About Stetson Valley
Stetson Valley is one of the most impressive new communities developed in the last few years. Located at 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road in Phoenix, Stetson Valley is a wonderful neighborhood to call home! Stetson Valley is situated among the Deem Hills which gives the neighborhood a majestic sense. In addition, desertscape landscaping is extensive in common areas and is in keeping with the natural hillside terrain.

Stetson Valley was pioneered by Pulte Homes in coordination with Lennar, and Greystone (now Lennar). In all, Stetson Valley will have approximately 2,200 homes when completed. Pulte Homes' product will make up about 1,100 of these. Amazingly, there are 30+ different home designs ranging in square footage, single and two level designs, layout, and price point.
Stetson Valley is broken up into numerous sub-neighborhoods that each offer a different variant on concepts and appeal. For instance, several of the sub-neighborhoods are compised of single level homes only. As such, there are options for most buyers across the community. New home construction in Stetson Valley does continue due to the community's overall size. However, Stetson Valley has already been underway for several years.
Pulte Homes and Stetson Valley’s planners put a big emphasis on developing a unique family-oriented master plan and so parks, greenbelts, and walking paths were constructed around the community. The contribute to Stetson Valley’s appeal and atmosphere unlike most others in neighboring Glendale and Peoria areas.
Shopping nearby is limited but access to the I-17 freeway (at Happy Valley Road) and the 101 freeway mean that residents can enjoy living among the desert hills while still being able to access their favorite dining and retail shops. New retail developments are underway or planned for development in the coming years which means that Stetson Valley residents will have a greater selection of shopping and restaurant options in the near future.
Overall, Stetson Valley is a fantastic community and one to consider if your next home destination is the Northwest Valley!
