About Cooper Commons
Cooper Commons is a great community located in Southeast Chandler at the intersection of Cooper and Riggs roads. The community was built in the 2000-2002 timeframe and is a master concept incorporating different housing varieties and numerous home builders including Centex Homes, Engle Homes, KB Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, and US Homes. The community has single-family detached properties on individualized lots as well as shared or 'clustered' lots whereby homes share common front drive areas.
Cooper Commons has been maturing nicely since its development, with the trees and greenery filling in. Nestled within Cooper Commons is Jane D. Hull Elementary (part of Chandler Unified School District). As well, the City of Chandler's La Paloma Park offers a children's play area and fields for sports.
