About Clemente Ranch
Clemente Ranch is located between Alma School and Dobson Roads on Queen Creek Road (directly across from Carino Estates and Arden Park) in Chandler. Clemente Ranch is a master concept with Shea Homes and Continental Homes as the predominant builders for the community. There are several sections of the community encompassing different levels of home product and price ranges. The majority of homes were built in the 1998-2001 timeframe. However, an infill project by Shea Homes added newer builds to the community in 2007-2008.
Clemente Ranch has much in the way of greenbelts park areas, and an overall lush, mature feel in regards to foliage. Chandler Unified School District Tarwater Elementary and Bogle Junior High are either in the community or immediately adjacent. The City of Chandler’s Chuparosa Park with play area and athletic fields is directly across from the community on Dobson Road. There is extensive retail shopping nearby at Queen Creek and Alma School Roads.
