Arden Park Homes
Arden Park is a wonderful community located in Chandler just north of Alma School Road and Queen Creek Road on Ryan Road. The community was built in the 2002-2004 timeframe by two builders - Fulton Homes and US Homes.
The community essentially has three sections, two of which are gated communities. Fulton put its high-end home product in the first gated community adjacent to Alma School Road at Ryan. These homes are single and two level with optional basements running up to approximately 4,600 square feet in size. The lots are oversized as well. In the other two sections, homes are built by Fulton and US Homes. All of the homes tend to have a sturdy, elegant touch.
The community boasts a lot of trees which gives it a pleasant feel when driving through. Arden Park has nice greenbelt areas in parts of the community as well as a a small man-made lake. In addition, Arden Park is complemented by Chandler Unified School District Hancock Elementary which is immediately adjacent to the community. As well, a City of Chandler park with play area, volleyball court, and sports fields, is available to residents. Arden Park borders the Carino Estates community which gives the area a broader, more planned feel.
