Some people are very casual when it comes to signing papers that affect their finances for decades. But for those who recognize that small steps early in the game can affect major outcomes later, it's fortunate that there are professionals who dedicate themselves to learning about the process and local market conditions, and who can turn a nightmare of stress and confusion into a relatively painless experience (let's be honest!).

Like many of you, I am a committed professional.  If you have never heard a Realtor explain what their ‘Fiduciary’ responsibility is, then this is a term you should become familiar with.  Fiduciary is a Realtor’s loyalty to their client to perform to maximize the value of their client’s property.  For me, this means that I treat your money as if it is my own.  I am knowledgeable, hard-working, and committed to you before, during, and after the transaction.  You need to hire a professional to do a professional job; especially when the market is prone to rapid change as we have seen in recent times. 

Even long before or after the transaction, the Realtor you use should have value as a resource for questions or needs you have involving your home and be someone you would mention to others.  And you should always trust your realtor to give you straight-up insights and guidance at any time. 

Lastly, your Realtor should really love this business and I do!  It's challenging and has a lot of gotchas to watch for.  But I find it very rewarding and have enjoyed the opportunity to help people find the right home for that next stage in their lives.

Personal Highlights  

On a personal level, my greatest personal interests are my wife, Jessica, and my two wonderful daughters, Elizabeth and Candace.  My other interests include running and bicycling.  In my life before kids, I even participated in numerous duathlons!  I enjoy reading and movies (independent and big studio).  I also enjoy planting and working in the yard for the serenity.  Although not a native, I have long called the Valley home and my extended family is nearly entirely here.
